• Display name and gender preference — stored locally on your device

We only use the information you provide to:

• Generate personalized AI packing lists via our backend
• Calculate travel distance and time to your destination
• Personalize packing suggestions based on your preferences

3. Data Storage and Processing

On Your Device (Local): All trip data, settings, and cover photos are stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Processor:

• We use a third-party AI service to process trip details and generate packing list suggestions. This service temporarily handles your trip data solely to generate results.
• No third-party service is permitted to use your data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes.
• We only share data with the third-party processor listed above, strictly for core App functionality.

5. Data Protection

• Industry-standard encrypted data transmission when sending trip data for AI processing
• No persistent cloud storage of your trip data by us

6. Data Retention

• Trip data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you delete the app
• AI processing requests are not stored by us after a response is returned

7. Children's Privacy

Packd is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
