• Identify and classify recyclable items from your photos

3. Data Storage and Processing

On Your Device (Local): Temporary image files and settings may be cached for faster performance.

Third-Party Processor:

• Google Gemini API – Processes photos for recycling recognition. Gemini may temporarily handle your image data solely to generate results.

No third-party service is permitted to use your data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes.
• We only share data with the third-party processor listed above, strictly for core App functionality.

5. Data Protection

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS) when sending photos for analysis
• No persistent cloud storage of user images by us

6. Data Retention

• Photos are processed and then discarded; they are not stored by Recyclr+

7. Children's Privacy

Recyclr+ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
